in order to enable you to enjoy your shopping we offer you a wide selection of payment methods, which we would like to explain in detail below:

Purchase on account (not available in all countries)

In cooperation with the payment service Klarna, we offer you our standard payment on invoice and a hire purchase as payment options. When paying with Klarna you never have to give your bank details and you just pay 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Klarna Purchase on account

When buying on account with Klarna you first get the goods and you always have a payment period of 14 days. More information and full terms and conditions for purchase with Klarna you find here.

Klarna hire purchase

Hire purchase with Klarna from 6,95 € per month! The flexible way to shop on the Internet. With Klarna hire purchase you decide every month anew, how much you want to pay. You always get your goods home before you have to pay and all of your shopping will be combined in one monthly bill, which certainly applies to all online stores, where you shop with Klarna hire purchase. Please note that the monthly minimum rate for all purchases in total, but also for a single purchase always is 1 / 24 of the total amount, but at all times minimum € 6.95.

With a shopping of 1,000 € according to the Klarna hire purchase basis conditions the set-up charge is 0 €. The current debit interest rate is 14,95%, which corresponds to an effective annual interest rate of 20.82% at a monthly hire purchase fee of 1.95 €. The total loan amount is € 1106. In a number of 12 partial payments each tranche is 92€. This example assumes that the redemption occurs within one year.

Please note that when paying with Klarna, the delivery and billing address have to match with your registered address. The balance is due upon receipt of the invoice. Klarna AB reviews and evaluates the data information of consumers and in case of justifiable interest and reasons Klarna exchanges data with other companies and credit reporting agencies. If the creditworthiness of the consumer is not guaranteed, Klarna AB can refuse the hire purchase, but has to advise alternative payment options.

Your personal data will be treated in accordance with the applicable privacy terms and will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. Within the offered services, Klarna AB uses your personal data to check your creditworthiness and identification and to do internal analysis.

Credit card payment (Visa / MasterCard - worldwide)

3-D Secure - Extra security for credit card acceptance

To guard against credit card fraud and payment default, we only accept the 3-D Secure process when paying with Visa or MasterCard.

With 3-D Secure transactions are authenticated online, i.e. the cardholder is identified beyond doubt. So we reduce the risk of fraud and the default of payments that are largely caused by card misuse. In addition, our customers are protected against misuse of their credit card number, as they confirm their identity before payment.

The program by Visa is called Verified by Visa (register). MasterCard calls its process MasterCard SecureCode. Therefor please login to your bank.

If the customer is registered for 3-D Secure, he identifies himself by entering a password within a page of its own bank while shopping online. This page is either embedded in the dealer’s page or appears as a popup window. The bank checks the data and sends the dealer an electronic equivalent of the online signature, which is received by the credit card companies and clearly linked with the transaction. Together with the corresponding authorization code, the authentication data avoids that exhibitors’ banks return debits based on the statement "not authorized by the cardholder.”
